a new year spares no casualities

It’s been a while since I wrote a personal piece in which a lot has happened this 2015 – what began through rediscovering who I am in my father’s homeland, finding strength in family to a homecoming of a series of events… I have lessened myself in doing my own themed shoots, only of which I have piloted successfully on my own are my May Ink, Lolita and Rainy Day shoots. In place I had made myself active in various events from being an opening act for Nexcon 2 to a wandering geek at Asia Pop Comic Con, being a media partner for Asia Cosplay Meets Philippines, and made a statement for dress to impress in Fantasy Quest 4. I also established myself being part of the Baguio community, thus I made a name, a brand and its taking its baby steps to baby walks – I am getting there. Last December I was supposed to end it with a bang with End of Days – sadly got cancelled out with the number of participants I had, which wasn’t substantial to cover the day. I made myself suffer to going to Ozine which was chaotic as usual. It was no fun as I had few shots because I was mainly exhausted by just going in and out of the convention. And that pretty sums up 2015, fun, chaotic, wet and wild.

This 2016 I am going back to what I do best, which is just focusing on fashion and cosplay shoots that I can handle – and being active only to major events. There is a lot to reflect on for this 2016 – and I guess my resolution for the year is simply, Keeping my mouth shut more, Really make things work, and Leave expectations behind me for less disappointment but foremost my biggest resolution is to got stop acting desperate. Lately my loneliness has gotten much worse, and worse is subscribing back myself in Tinder in hope for love. I got clicks there and then – but I still long for that physical connection. I guess my desperation of wanting a partner in life, is making me crazy. The every wanting thoughts of marriage, church bells and having a child of my own is clouding my thoughts – and the insults of my office are going to my head. I did have my regrets, the past relationships I have had who made me who I am is no rash insult to wanting more in life. Relationships goals pop up here and there, the days become colder, I hope for only things to get better.

What happens now? I got to keep continuing being positive, got to keep on surviving by being better than I was before. I shouldn’t dwell much on things I cannot control. Come what may, was always been my motto, but this time, take charge and not hesitate, will be something I shall live by. So 2016 give me the best, and I will take charge and do the rest.

Too Much Comics, Too much Cartoons

Maybe I have been watching too many cartoons, and read too many comics back when I was young. A true avid fan will easily spot easter eggs, or formulate possible theories from a movie trailer, adapted from their favorite comic book or cartoon. It's bothering me, and please don't judge me on this, after analyzing two films, showed what I think may be an easter egg. Easter eggs are usually film clues, to a possible character that is to be featured in film or later installments. Cinemablend, screenrant, and watchmojo, did an splending job on pointing what the saw, but I think they overlooked something. Everyone is stoked with the new Batman V Superman, and we finally got a glimpse of Doomsday, Wonder Woman and Lex Luthor, but rumor has it that Flash, Aquaman, and Cyborg is yet to appear in this film. 

And I have this feeling they have, if your remember the last minutes to the trailer, we see a lightning storm, during the creation of Doomsday, before Doomsday pops out of the building and cause all sort of chaos, I believe in the lightning storm we see the creation of Cyborg and Flash by accident, I am theorizing that the lightning storm may perhaps

have accidentally hit Barry Allen aka The Flash in his lab (thus origins), and during this storm, that Cybrog's father maybe one of the professors, who created the monstrosity Doomsday, and perhaps upon creation of Doomsday, this beam accidentaly got hit Victor Stone aka Cyborg, making him get critically injured in the process, to save him is using Zod's left over tech. Maybe the beam that created Doomdsday created the metahumans, we know by phasing or mutating from Zod's remains. and this beam that we saw, before doomsday popped up, created The Flash by acquiring Zod's speed (or possibly we stick to the lightning storm idea). Or let's support the net's theory he just zipped passing by then paused, "What is happening?"

So where does Aquaman come in? Remember the party where Lex introduces to Clark and Bruce, he could be either a royal guest, or a pet controlled by Luthor, with a headblowing device similar that of Suicide Squad. If you do know that they are linking Suicide Squad to this movie, imprisoned by Luthor, to do his bidding or be an amusement, As Aquaman who can breathe underwater, be like a dolphin, for his playing. And may be in the Senate hearing we may see Amanda Waller, But then these are my theories. No conclusions but I apologize on possible spoilers. 

TMNT: Out of the Shadows

Another just a minimal easter egg is the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle: Out of the Shadows, in which Krang is yet to appear, possible is in the introduction in which that buidlings start crubling, being hit by some things, maybe a portal is opening, and the fortress if you remember the cartoon opening, Krang's fort comes in, and I bet April will drive the fan, and our heroes jump into action, similar that of the cartoon opening. Anyhow, these are my two cents on the new hot trailers, looking forward to them and hoping that they don't suck.
